Jason is a Victoria University Alumni and is a registered member of Massage and Myotherapy Australia. He has a passion for helping people and that motivates him when working in the allied health field as he enjoys assisting/witnessing people see a change in their body and overall health. Whether the issue is basic or complex, Jason wants to help get you on the right path!
Further studies have helped Jason adapt his assessment skills and knowledge of the human body, which helps with improving results as well as helping people leave the clinic happy. Jason can use a range of methods in his treatments such as stretching, mobilisation, deep tissue massage, sports massage, dry needling, cupping, lymphatic drainage, exercise prescription and transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation.
In his spare time, you can find Jason keeping active at the gym, walking his dogs Mia and Jackson, gaming, tenpin bowling, kicking the footy or being outside.
Jason has an interest in human development, athletic performance and exercise prescription as he is a big supporter of the NFL and AFL and played footy when he was younger.

Sienna Micallef

Sienna completed her Diploma of Remedial Therapy at Victoria University.
Her passion for helping others move and feel their best stems from her background in swim teaching and her drive to support clients in achieving optimal performance and wellbeing.
Sienna's love for sports-particularly football and boxing-inspired her to pursue a career in remedial therapy, where she developed a deep understanding of how mobility impacts athletic performance. During her cadetship with the Western Bulldogs Football Club, she gained invaluable hands-on experience working within an elite sporting environment.
Sienna tailors every treatment to each client's unique needs and presentation, incorporating a range of techniques such as muscle energy techniques, cupping, myofascial release, and joint mobilisations to achieve the best possible outcomes and results.

Ann completed Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2015 at Charles Sturt University. Ann has worked in Melbourne for most of her physiotherapy career.
Ann is a Ballet dancer and Pilates enthusiast. She has completed mat work and equipment training with Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute and Reformer Pilates with Elixr.
Ann enjoys the way Pilates can be used to prevent, treat and manage a plethora of different conditions. Ann uses a variety of treatment methods to complement manual therapy including electrotherapy modalities, exercise rehabilitation and Clinical Pilates to improve performance and daily function.
She has previously worked within a multi-disciplinary Private Practice and developed strong interest in Women’s Health physiotherapy, having gained experience as a new mom and clients that she has worked with before she is working on expanding her knowledge into pre-natal and post-natal care for mum as well. In her down time Ann enjoys travelling, yoga and dance.

Tracy has been a professional musculoskeletal, sports and remedial massage therapist for over 10 years. Originally practicing in Wagga Wagga, NSW, she moved to Melbourne in March 2023 to continue her career. Tracy has completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2014, and is also a qualified dry-needling therapist.
Tracy is a confident, positive, can-do person and as a former professional Taekwondo competitor, she is very knowledgeable about physical injuries and various muscle pain issues. She has provided treatment for athletes in various sports, including tennis, cycling, boxing, golf, taekwondo, ultimate frisbee, marathons, and footy.
Tracy is very passionate about helping you recover and feel your best and is proud to offer her patients the very best of therapeutic massages.
She integrates a wide range of techniques to personalise each treatment. These include remedial and deep tissue massage, sports massage, trigger points, dry needling and cupping to effectively release pain, treat injury, improve restrictions in motion, and alleviate general muscular tension/soreness. Using her experienced and gifted hands, she can easily locate those tight problem areas to give you much needed relief and promote tissue healing and recovery.

Janice is an experienced Remedial Massage Therapist who has been providing exceptional care since 2010, specializing in a wide range of musculoskeletal issues, injuries, and chronic conditions. Her mission is to deliver holistic, effective treatments that address the body as an integrated whole, going beyond surface symptoms to uncover root causes.
Janice takes a highly personalised approach, conducting detailed assessments to create treatments that provide optimal results for each client. Her expertise covers a wide range of conditions, including TMJ disorders, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS), Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia, chronic migraines, stroke rehabilitation, musculoskeletal injuries, and post-surgical musculoskeletal therapy for knee and hip replacements.
Janice’s extensive experience also extends to treating athletes from all backgrounds, including AFL and AFLW players, martial artists, endurance athletes, triathletes, swimmers, and more. Her holistic perspective and dedication to optimizing mobility, reducing pain, and supporting recovery make her a trusted choice for clients at every stage of their health journey.
